I'm Kim Mansour, a certified coach with a specialization in decision-making, and I help people who aren't sure what their next step is in life.

This phase is hard to break out of. Despite feeling miserable, your brain is going to fight hard to keep you "safe" in known routines, even if they are fading you out. The resistance and second-guessing can swallow years of your life.


You need someone in your corner, coaching you on the language of the brain, getting it "unstuck," supporting your action and giving you a space to vent.

What is this like?

I'm a certified coach working 1:1 with my clients via zoom with email/voxer coaching available between sessions. I typically start with a 6-12 week focused series for new clients.


I'm known for my warmth, getting straight to work with a castiron belief in my clients. I work best with those who are ready to be honest with themselves & take action.

What are your rates?

I customize packages based on client needs and schedule, employing sliding scale pricing when necessary. As a ballpark, you probably spend more eating out every month than you would investing in your worklife with me.

Can I get a refund?

Individual Decision-making Sessions

Cancelled sessions with at least 24 hours notice will receive a full refund.

Following someone's FIRST session with me I allow for full refund within 24 hours.

Beyond this point I do not offer refunds for used sessions or no-shows.


Tech Team Leadership or General Life Coaching Packages

For those in longer-term coaching packages, I allow full refund during the first 4 weeks of working together. Why? You don't know what this is like and I don't expect to be the right fit for every human. Why create stress over that?


Beyond 4 weeks I handle refund requests on unused sessions on a case-by-case basis.

I'm not sure when I could fit this in.

My schedule has overlap with both work and non-work hours, and sessions can be 20-60 minutes long depending on need. We can usually figure out something that works for both of us.
