I spent 20+ years inside tech - writing code, leading teams, consulting, navigating the organizational chaos that doesn't show up in any job description.
A few years ago I shifted into coaching full-time. Not because I ran out of road in tech - because this is where I found I could do the most useful work.
I specialize in the transitions that don't come with a clear playbook. New venture, new leadership role, rebuilding after burnout. The moments where the stakes are real, the path isn't obvious, and the people around you are either too close to the problem or too far from it to help.
