Stop Spinning.

Start Moving.

Something's not clicking.

You can feel it. You're moving, you're building, you're showing up - and the traction isn't there. The right conversations aren't happening. And the story your brain tells you about why is getting harder to ignore.

That gap between effort and momentum - that's exactly what this work is for.

Founders

The idea and effort are real. The results are... somewhere between "too early to tell" and "starting to wonder." It's hard to know what's actually working, what to try next, and what's getting in the way.

Professionals

You're good at your job. But the higher you go, the less clear the path gets. Vague feedback, bigger stakes, teams that depend on your direction. The skills that got you here don't always solve what's in front of you now.

What clients have to say

Why Work with Me

I spent 20+ years inside tech - writing code, building teams, consulting, navigating the organizational chaos that doesn't show up in any job description.

A few years ago I shifted into coaching full-time. Not because I ran out of road in tech - because this is where I found I could do the most useful work.

I specialize in the transitions that don't come with a clear playbook. New venture, new leadership role, rebuilding after burnout. The moments where the stakes are real, the path isn't obvious, and the people around you are either too close to the problem or too far from it to help.

That's where I work. I've helped senior engineers to CTOs, founders with millions in ARR to part-time founders still building in the margins of their day. They come out the other side knowing where they're going, what they're capable of - and yes, with real movement on things that matter: momentum and revenue.

At some point the cost of staying where you are outweighs the risk of trying something different.

Most wait longer than they need to.
