I spent 20+ years inside tech - writing code, building teams, consulting, navigating the organizational chaos that doesn't show up in any job description.
A few years ago I shifted into coaching full-time. Not because I ran out of road in tech - because this is where I found I could do the most useful work.
I specialize in the transitions that don't come with a clear playbook. New venture, new leadership role, rebuilding after burnout. The moments where the stakes are real, the path isn't obvious, and the people around you are either too close to the problem or too far from it to help.
That's where I work. I've helped senior engineers to CTOs, founders with millions in ARR to part-time founders still building in the margins of their day. They come out the other side knowing where they're going, what they're capable of - and yes, with real movement on things that matter: momentum and revenue.
