Feeling left to sink or swim?
I'm convinced Engineering Leaders should have more support than they get.
I help you reset, even when:
- everything is behind
- you doubt your leadership
- the boss gives little direction
Let someone throw you a line.
Are you...
Afraid of loosing technical skill if you spend time doing management?
Worried your experience won't transfer to another job and you are trapped?
Switching between hands-on work and supporting a team, and feeling like you are letting everyone down?
Needing to vent without risking a coworker misunderstanding, re-sharing, or being burdened by it?
Time to Reset
You may think your challenges are obvious. It's the boss. Not enough time.
Context-switching.
My experience: 99% of the time there is a larger problem hiding under the surface.
This is why it's so hard to progress:
It's tough to read the label from inside the bottle.
Get an outside perspective.
Start doing work you are proud of.
Who am I?
I'm a 20+ year tech startup veteran, with experience in every role from Senior Developer to PM to CTO. I love the energy and drive of early-stage projects, but I know firsthand the toll it can take. The relentless workload, the uncertainty, the feeling of flying blind. I've been there, navigating the same maze.
There is a way through it, but you've got to climb out of survival-thinking enough to see it. That's where I come in. You need a place to vent frustration, reset your focus, and work out a way forward that fits your context.
If you change nothing, how much longer can you keep this up?
